Simon Turner

Simon is the co-founder of MVMT sports, a mission-led company that helps coaches and sports organisations to learn and perform.

He co-founded We Play Together, the charity that operates Blaze Basketball Club and The Crags Centre in Edinburgh. He's also a Director of the British Basketball Federation where he supports coach development, performance and impact. Simon is also a Director at UPSHOT, a community interest company that helps sports organisations to evidence the impact they make. 

Simon manages our business.

Oliver Buchanan

Oliver is a photographer and filmmaker. He is the founder of Fishtales, an agency focused on working within the third sector. 

He founded Humans of Edinburgh in 2014, a storytelling photography project focused on creating human connections. All of his work has revolved around sharing unheard stories, and creating and highlighting social impact. 

Oliver oversees all visual elements of our work.

Martin Kay

Martin has over a decade of experience spanning digital product design, creative direction and branding, Martin brings a comprehensive approach to solving complex design challenges. He worked across a  diverse range of sectors - from sustainability tech, sports organisations, to charities and utility companies - always focusing on creating meaningful, user-centered designs that deliver real impact.

Martin oversees all design-based projects.

Alice Clark

Alice is a graphic designer & illustrator focused on creating compelling visual social media content that tells stories. Alice graduated from Edinburgh College of Art, Edinburgh University in 2023, and has worked with us ever since. Alice brings an innovative approach to making organisations’ social media platforms work as an asset for them and their community. Alice uses every new job as an opportunity to learn, and has a passion for working within communities focused on positive social impact.

Alice works on all of our social content projects.
